Kyokan is a Japanese word meaning oneness or compassion. We tend to nurture the roots of a community through movement, storytelling, socio-emotional learning and colouring by young fingers. Children, adolescents and families are in the centre of our work and we believe in the power of learning in a trauma-sensitive space. We work with communities and our framework is deeply rooted to the needs of a community. And we do this by creating an inclusive space of co-creating and sharing with learning opportunities.
