L&M Associates, Ltd.

Established in 1991, L&M Associates, Ltd. is a full-service architectural firm with particular expertise in retail, child care and senior housing and restaurant projects as well as residential construction. Our mission is to provide creative, yet practical designs that fulfill our client’s objectives in a timely and professional manner. At L&M we carefully listen to our clients to learn and fully understand the requirements and objectives for their project. We then apply our creativity and expertise to develop design solutions that result in completed projects which are aesthetically pleasing, functional and on budget! L&M's principals are Donald W. Laukka, AIA, NCARB, Raymond M. Mazorol, AIA. NCARB and Hermann Klaas, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C. We collaborate with engineering firms to provide full coordination among all the various engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, structural and civil to ensure a comprehensive set of construction documents. A member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB, our professional staff is licensed to practice architecture everywhere within the United States except Alaska.
