L&M Design + Services

L&M Design and Services is a small business owned by Matt Kenney and Luke McElwain 2 college students at the University of Kansas whom are pursuing degrees in the Masters of Architecture program. Founded in 2014, we specialize in design and construction in the Kansas City, St. Louis, Lawrence, and Lake of the Ozarks. We provide expertise through 12 years of combined experience in the field allows us to provide superior quality, customer satisfaction, and value. We fully comply with the county, city, state, and federal safety regulations and codes as well as ADA compliancy while we strive for zero accidents during the project while keeping the client’s needs and schedule intact. Our staff is committed to preventing accidents instead of reacting to them.
