Incorporated in 1989 as Lee Armstrong Company Inc, the company focused its attention on tenant improvement and Aerospace. Over the years the company broadened its reach to serve the health care, education, entertainment, industrial, retail and tech industries.

Our Company
Lee Armstrong started his floor covering business in 1963. In 1989, Steve Armstrong incorporated under California State license No. 601406 as Lee Armstrong Company Inc. In 2018 the decision was made to operate under the name L A C Flooring. While the name has changed, the same team of dedicated professionals remains, delivering commercial flooring on time, on budget and on scope.
