L.A. Kitchen is a social enterprise / nonprofit organization committed to using food to engage, educate, employ and empower. Founded by renowned nonprofit leader Robert Egger, L.A. Kitchen collects or purchases cosmetically imperfect CA fruit and produce, which is used to train people for foodservice jobs, while also creating volunteer opportunities for young and old alike.
