Chef Vicent Guimerà is the creator of the l'Antic Molí restaurant, and winner of the Catalan Chef of the Year award. The recognition of the Gastronomic Space came in 2017 with the first Michelin Star. Thanks to our commitment to sustainable gastronomy, we have been awarded a Michelin Green Star, which we have renewed annually since 2020. The quality and variety of our creations has allowed us to receive 1 Sol Repsol in 2022.
