The Institut Servier is a French non-profit association of the Servier Group founded in 1999 with the mission to support research in all its forms and to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge for the well-being of patients. To this end, the Institut Servier supports doctoral and post-doctoral researchers through its research and mobility grant program, selected by the scientific committee. The institute also organizes national and international conferences. Since 2003, the Institut Servier has partnered with the Pasteur-Weizmann Council to award the International Pasteur-Weizmann/Servier Prize every three years, aiming to promote and encourage fundamental research, particularly the transition from laboratory research to medical therapy.
