It was established in 1967 out of the passion and ingeniousness of Giuseppe Pisati. Initially, the company dealt with electronics applied to lighting. In 1967 it developed the first Triac dimmer, which was immediately adopted by the most important design lighting companies such as Flos, Artemide and many more: it was the start of a long string of successes.
