In 2017 we acquired 100% of Holland & Barrett from Nature’s Bounty/Carlyle Group for £1.77 bn. Letterone also owns 74.8% of Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentacion S.A. ("DIA"), the Spanish Food Retailer.
