Key Personnel As Chief Executive Officer of L2e, Veteran Owner, Justin Quinn is responsible for all aspects of the firm's strategy, team, and operations. Justin leads the firm in its mission to deliver exceptional client service, reliability, and quality project delivery. Elaine Lewis, RA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C is Principal-In-Charge. Her involvement in many complex projects illustrates her competency and level of expertise. She is responsible for all aspects of project work and acts as a liaison between the Client and the Project Team of architects and engineers. Elaine is LEED accredited and has a thorough understanding of sustainability concepts and LEED certification.
