Mary Beth Perrow is the (CPO) or Chief Positivity Officer for Learn to Live Your Life. She created her part-time online business to be laser-focused on "uplifting humanity, one positive thought at a time". She is a Mindset Coach, a Licensed RTT® Practitioner, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a seasoned Learning Professional who specializes in Neuroscience and Positive Psychology and how best to apply those concepts to all of the above. Whether she is working with a global organization or one-on-one with a Client , she enjoys bringing her unique and much-needed skillset to the table. Leaning into her Neuroscience and Positive Psychology learnings, she can quickly design effective and innovative training solutions for organizations, as well as rapidly transform her personal Clients by quickly identifying the root cause of their fears, anxiety, and mental roadblocks.
