L4S has developed a dramatically different approach to distributed ledger technology (U.S. Pat. No. 11,631,063 B2) - a real-time, scalable, high-capacity solution with full accounting and financing functionality for advanced digital ecosystems. One of the key elements of TapestryX is that we recognized the world already had a consistent “protocol” for the secure recording of assets and transactions. It has been around since medieval times and is called Double-Entry Accounting. The differentiator is that TapestryX is the only hash-linked distributed ledger that includes accounting journals and the only ledger (distributed or otherwise) that has brought it to transaction inception in real-time.
