L90 Capital seeks to invest in high quality, growing businesses, operating in sectors that exhibit good industry characteristics. L90 Capital backs successful founders and management teams who have demonstrated leadership in their industry and have clear and compelling growth strategies they are seeking to pursue. L90 Capital supports them to realise their own goals and ambitions by: 1. Allowing them to "take some money off the table" and derisk; 2. Providing them the capital they need to execute on ambitious growth plans; 3. Introducing industry experts as either co-investors, directors or senior management; and 4. Providing strategic and financial guidance from our own experience. The typical enterprise value of the businesses L90 Capital look to invest in is A$30 million to A$150m. The minimum historical EBITDA of businesses we invest in is typically A$3 million and our minimum equity investment is typically A$10 million. L90 Capital has a preference for lightly levered growing companies in expanding areas of the economy. L90 Capital is comfortable co-investing with other private equity firms where we have an established relationship and a high degree of trust. L90 Capital is happy to take a controlling position or a minority shareholding in a business. L90 Capital works collaboratively at the board level and are active and engaged partners.
