La Boîte is a manufacturer and retailer of premium single-origin spices and spice blends. Our founder, Lior Lev Sercarz is the chef, spice blender, and owner of La Boîte. Lior and La Boîte have been featured in publications including The New York Times, Vogue, Every Day with Rachel Ray, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine Magazine, and the SAVEUR 100. Lior is the author of 4 books including The Art of Blending, The Spice Companion, Mastering Spice, and A Middle Eastern Pantry along with recipes, cooking tips, and products and events in collaboration with chefs and culinary minds including Daniel Boulud, Gail Simmons, Eric Ripert, Jean Georges Vongerichten, and Apollonia Poilâne.
