Founded in 1997, La Caveja is an Italian Fast Casual Food chain with over 70 locations, both corporate-owned and franchised, situated in urban areas and shopping centers across Italy. Each year, we serve more than 8 million piadinas, a testament to our commitment to quality and continuous innovation. Starting this year, the Piadaroll brand embodies the spirit of La Caveja Srl's production facility, which, for over 25 years, has collaborated with esteemed food industry partners like Airfood, Esselunga, Caffè-Bar Atlantic, and Starfood, ensuring widespread distribution of our products throughout Italy. La Caveja also stands out with a modern and impactful image, conveyed through both traditional and digital media.
