La Cima Restaurants, LLC is a restaurant holding and management company. The company’s founders draw from over 150 combined years of experience in the casual dining industry. Lead by the former CEO/President of Hooters of America, LLC, La Cima has assembled a team of nine restaurant executives and operators. We stand poised to emerge as an industry leader in the casual dining sector. La Cima’s mission is to use our years of experience to strategically partner with existing concepts, either as franchisee or master franchisee, to provide regional and national expansion. We have experience operating as the franchisor in the relationship, but also pull from our experience of operating over 120 company-owned locations.
