La Factoría Ciudadana is a leading organization reducing recidivism, particularly in irregular migration and criminal behavior, through social and economic reintegration. We operate in El Salvador and Guatemala, supporting individuals seeking a second chance, many of whom come from highly vulnerable backgrounds. By activating underutilized talent and addressing root causes, our programs help reduce the human and financial cost of repeated migration and incarceration.
