La Meringaie was created in 2015 and opened its first store 21, rue de Lévis à Paris and launched its ehop, www.lameringaie.com at the same time. A second store opened in sep 2017, 41, rue du Cherche-Midi, in the 6th arrondissement.
La Meringaie is dedicated to meringue with a star recipe, PAVLOVA : a meringue crunchy outside and soft inside, with perfumed whipped creams and seasonal fresh fruits. Every week, 5 recipes are offered to our clients with one new recipe every week. Our boutiques are all transparent showing meringue and pavlova preparations.
