The production of extra virgin olive oil (AOVE) is our fundamental pillar, betting on organic farming with an impact on food health and the health of our habitat. In this way we obtain an EVOO of excellent quality, which presents unique sensory nuances. In this context, the activities of oleotourism and the stays in the La Samiaja farm are configured as a resource with which we try to promote an awareness for sustainability linked to the oil culture. This formula supposes a source of financing at the same time as it allows to know, contribute, participate and interact in the oil culture to all those people who wish it.
