La Tre is a Vietnamese restaurant with a modern mindset inspired by the cultural mosaic of a land with a long and rich history. We want to celebrate the uniquely free approach to cuisine that comes from people with different backgrounds living, loving and eating together. We believe in the connection and harmony between the environment, people and our business. Therefore, the business idea and all La Tre’s activities are oriented towards sustainable development, respect for nature and the people living in it. We offer a dynamic and innovative menu with a strong focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and uncomplicated approach. Diverse vegetables, conscientiously sourced protein and some fantastic heritage ingredients known throughout Denmark are key to our offering. We believe in serious craftsmanship and respect for our produce, close personal attention to detail and a down to earth approach to hospitality. With China as neighbor, India as supplier of spices and herbs, Thai, Japan and France as sources of inspiration for cooking techniques, possibly this can be described as the world’s first real fusion cuisine. Our mission is to bring just all these elements to share around the table.
