Inovation and Organization Development Laboratory

IPO Laboratory is one of the leading laboratories in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia, which focuses on the science of industrial systems and management. With the principle of sustainable innovation, this lab promotes business and organizational development through business feasibility analysis, organizational design, and resource optimization. Supporting practice-based learning, IPO Laboratory teaches the practicum of Industrial Organization Design (IOD) and Enterprise Design Analysis (EAD) using various software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and WinQSB. This practicum integrates courses such as Industrial Psychology, Engineering Economics, Optimization, and Supply Chain Management, ensuring students are ready to face the challenges of the world of work in the field of business analysis and organizational management.
