At Lab Quality Solutions our mission is to be an advocate for increased quality in the construction materials testing industry. Our services offered include: • Accreditation Assistance – investigating and recording quality incidents (nonconforming work, customer complaints, low PSP ratings) and their corrective actions; reviewing QMS records with assessors during accreditation events, and preparing responses for QMS findings • Document Control – develop an entire quality management system for your operations or maintain and update existing QMS manuals, procedures, and forms as needed • Equipment Calibration Review – check all completed external calibrations and internal verifications to ensure that the records meet the requirements of all applicable quality standards; create or update calibration and verification procedures as needed • Internal Audit Services – on-site internal audits of your QMS for predetermined scope(s) of work; review findings of audit with management; follow up with responsible party in lab to correct and close out findings; coordinate annual management review meeting • Technician Evaluation – perform competency evaluations on technicians for the scope of work they perform • Technician Certification – proctor written examinations and performance examinations for external certification to meet requirements of ASTM quality systems C1077, C1093, D3666, D3740, and E329 • Any additional service that harmonizes with the Lab Quality Solutions mission statement.
