Our group is dedicated to understanding how respiratory diseases impact daily life—and designing non-pharmacological interventions (like pulmonary rehabilitation and physical activity programs) that empower patients and their families. Through comprehensive assessments and person-centered research, we develop tailored strategies to enhance quality of life, independence, and overall well-being. Collaboration is at our core. We partner with multidisciplinary teams, healthcare institutions, and—most importantly—people living with chronic respiratory conditions and their loved ones. By bridging clinical practice, research, and community engagement, we strive to help every individual achieve their highest level of functioning and autonomy.
