Laba was established in 2009 as the representative umbrella landowner company for the customary landowners of the PNG LNG Project plant site, and surrounding buffer areas. Laba’s purpose ON establishment was to participate in commercial activities originating from the downstream component of the PNG LNG Project construction from 2010 to 2014. During this period, Laba supplied local labour, transportation security, catering and other project support activities/services. Our Joint Ventures - Laba International - Hebamo Transport - Turra Holdings Limited - Laba Security Services Limited As the only umbrella company, we are in a unique position to capture business opportunities in the existing PNG LNG plant and future Papua LNG construction activities.
