The Labelle Foundation

We are a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) animal rescue that specializes in medical dogs, neo-natal orphans, and pregnant or nursing mom dogs. We are dedicated to saving the most vulnerable dogs in the Southern California shelter system and rely solely on donations to operate. Since inception we have done over 5,000 adoptions and are determined to maintain our growth trajectory so can continue making a substantial impact within the rescue community. Our hope is that through promoting responsible dog ownership, enforcing timely spay and neuter, and transparently educating our community about the current crisis the rescue industry is facing, we might make a dent in the calamity that is dog homelessness.
