Le laboratoire de microbiologie LABEXIA réalise des analyses microbiologiques sur des produits alimentaires (matières premières, produits finis,…) afin de vérifier leur conformité à la réglementation et aux spécifications clients sur la sécurité des aliments. Dénombrements des germes d’altération, ou indicateurs d’hygiène des procédés, et détections de germes pathogènes (Salmonelles, Listeria, STEC…) par les méthodes ISO, ou des méthodes alternatives (géloses chromogéniques, PCR).
Le laboratoire de chimie LABEXIA réalise des analyses variées sur des matières premières et produits finis destinés à l’alimentation humaine ou animale. Le but de ces analyses est de vérifier la conformité des produits à la législation (Étiquetage nutritionnelle INCO, codes des usages, réglementation...) ou tout autre cahier des charges.
Les dosages sont réalisés par gravimétrie, ICP optique, ICP-MS, CPG, HPLC, Chromatographie ionique, enzymologie…
Y sont associées les fonctions supports telles que : le service qualité, informatique, métrologie, suivi client, commercial, RH, logistique et maintenance, HSE.
