Up4North

Up4North is a non-profit association aiming to revitalise the area around the Brussels North railway station. The association is convinced that the area disposes of several assets such as the good accessibility and the strategic location in the city center, with many innovative companies. This represents a very interesting potential to gradually evolve towards a dynamic district, where different type of users can meet in qualitative public spaces and enjoy a wide variety of services for companies, employees, residents, tourists etc. The association has been jointly created by AG Real Estate A.G., Allianz Benelux S.A., AXA Belgium S.A., Banimmo S.A., Befimmo S.A., Belfius Insurance S.A., Immobel S.A. and Triuva Belgium.
