Emmanuel Veillard has chaired the company since 2000, and his goal was to integrate a Research and Development department into the company. This is what he will do in 2010 and will be behind the development of the HYBRID "EyeBrid Silicone" lens.
LCS is dedicated to meeting all visual needs and offers ophthalmologists and opticians a comprehensive range of rigid, hybrid and soft contact lenses. The LCS laboratory is a Normandy company based in Caen. It is one of only two contact lens manufacturers in France and the only one with a production centre in France.
All lenses are manufactured individually on digital lathes. LCS uses state-of-the-art technology and geometry creation software to ensure optimum quality.
