Laboratorio Espejo was founded by Mr. Joaquín Espejo Gutiérrez in 1944, and is specialized in the chemical analysis of food, fats and derivatives, drinking, industrial and waste water, minerals, pesticides, essential oils, solvents, animal feed, fertilizers, expert and contradictory tests, as well as sensory and organoleptic analysis of oil.
For more than seventy-five years and making a name for itself in the agri-food sector for the present and future, Laboratorio Espejo is recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, as well as by the International Olive Council (IOC). It has a great experience in the world of edible oils and fats, standing out for the technical advice as one of its main activities.
For decades, it has been considered as a reference laboratory for all purposes, being present in the vast majority of contracts for the purchase and sale of oils, both nationally and internationally, thanks to the consideration and prestige earned over the years for the reliability and honesty of its analysis.
