We provide individuals and crews to contractors and subcontractors to supplement their companies’ needs to complete projects. We provide crew leaders, skilled, semi-skilled, and general labor. Labor Source Companies, Inc. pays employees weekly and the payroll is done in-house. Our employees receive W-2 forms at the end of the year. We file payroll taxes, administer ACA requirements, do Certified Payroll, CCIP, ROCIP, and other insurance programs, drug testing, and background checks on required jobs.
Safety is a big part of our company. Our employees go through a pre-hire safety program, along with continual safety training. We have a Corporate Safety Director, who trains employees on job-specific safety, such as fall protection, leading edge, ladder safety, and more. Safety is number one for us and we expect the same from our employees and the contractors we work with.
