European Labour Mobility Institute (ELMI)

European Labour Mobility Institute (ELMI) – the opinion-forming think tank headquartered in Kraków, Poland, committed to matters of work and services’ mobility within the Single Market. ELMI brings together academics, employers, trade unions and administration to encourage the fact-based debate on the posting of workers. Its main goal is to seek common solutions and build mutual understanding and effective channels of communication between the stakeholders involved as well as to contribute to better law-making and its clear interpretation. ELMI is a not for profit organization. All incomes are used to carry out statutory activity. We are supported by voluntary work, membership fees and donations.
