Labro paper Industry is a small scale industry that manufactures handmade paper. The plant is located at Shrirampur, Ahmednagar Maharashtra. The handmade paper is a traditional way of producing a paper, which can be used in converted into merchantable products. The raw material used for the production is rags (a piece of old cloth, especially one torn from a larger piece).These rags are recovered from the cloths scrape mills. Thus the entire paper production process is an ecofriendly process. The product developed also has the ecofriendly and recyclable Tag. Thus making it one of a kind industry, that can manufacture green products at a commercial level. The paper produced is further processed into various products like cover files, hand bags, lawyer’s briefs, wedding cards and decorative items. The products are competing against the cheap and mass produced Plastic products. But, until recent time’s management has notices the sudden increase in green goods consumption. This trend is also influencing industries product demand factor.
