We will offer the opportunity to have fractional ownership of real estate through a tokenized model while being managed by a professional team with more than 30 years average experience, and will provide periodic financial and operational reports for transparency of information, quarterly dividends may be distributed to token holders in the form of USD Stable Coin airdrops as a percent of profits that may be generated from any or all of earnings. L.A.B.S. Property and it’s first portfolio property, West Palazzo, is expected to be the first in a series of tokens that will offer real estate ownership in major cities globally and may also expand to include different asset classes and investment strategies. These are generally not accessible to the regular open market as many of the deal could be in a pre-development phase.
