Labtec Cosmetics cGMP protocol and standards include, detailed record keeping, raw material inventory, MSDS records, detailed methodology, and product recall SOP and EPA compliance. Strict quality control methods: short term extended microbiology stability, analytical, and COA. Labtec’s minimum capacity of production is 450 lbs. per run to our full capacity of 765,000 lbs. of production per 24-hour shift. We have independent production lines for liquid, cream, tubes and solid filling.
