Quality control of the products and services We make sure we provide our customers with high quality products; that everything works the way it should be and patients get both what they want and need. 2. Raise awareness - educational social work Everyday we meet people who know very little about hearing, hearing protection, hearing loss and hearing technology. We have to do our best to spread the word about what can be done to protect ones hearing, what to do and where to go in the case you’re experiencing hearing changes. 3. The effectiveness of everyday work The main thing at work is to love what you do. Every morning we wake up and go to work not to sell hearing aids, but to help people hear better and enjoy their lives to the fullest.
