La Côte Distillery is Jersey's only grain-to-glass distillery.
We craft small batches of exceptional spirits with an innovative approach. (We’ve just finished distilling batch 18 of Rock Vodka, and it’s our best yet!) Within our distillation process, we like to both challenge and honour traditional methods.
As Britain’s most southerly Grain to Glass distillery, we are proud to celebrate our island’s abundance of produce. We grow botanicals where we can (including on our roof terrace!) and use local farmers’ goods where possible too.
We believe that true craftsmanship and innovation lies in the details and the willingness to explore – what can we tweak and improve, how can we refine our process and ultimately our product? Our dedication to this shines through in each bottle we produce, it gets better and better each time.
We have a dedicated space, The Gin Lab, where we invite and welcome you into our space to learn about the process of grain-to-glass distilling, where you will craft your own bespoke spirit and take home a bottle of your creation.
