Lactifeita Overview
A história da Lactifeita remonta ao ano de 1982 quando Cristiano Lourenço, pai do atual proprietário Rui Lourenço, depois de muitos anos emigrado no Iraque, regressa ao seu pais e decide abrir um pequeno negócio de fabrico de queijo, nas traseiras de sua moradia. Num espaço exíguo produziam-se diariamente cerca de 200 litros de queijo fresco e requeijão com leite recolhido a pequenos produtores da região, que de seguida transportava numa pequena carrinha para os arredores de Lisboa.
