Dom Villas was born as a recognition to the Villas Boas family, who are the responsibles for the original recipe of our cheese. Throughout three generations, the main characteristics of the cheese were kept while adapting the most recent technologies. All the production process is faithful to its handmade basis which is reflected in the main characteristics of the cheeses.
All the ingredients used in the production of our cheese are carefully selected to guarantee a product of extreme quality. Milk is no exception; original from a unique geographic area – Minho – which ultimately creates a cheese with ultimate quality and flavour.
