LadderUP! is a mobile platform that connects students to potential employers. The web-app is available on iOS, Android, and Blackberry mobile devices. In addition to our multi-platform support, the application provides dynamic viewing support which optimizes it for different screen sizes and resolutions. Our company is dedicated to innovation and providing real-world solutions to real-world problems. With youth unemployment rates at an all-time high (in 2013, 16.1% youth unemployment), LadderUP! has tackled a problem by being passionate about equipping youth with the necessary skills for workplace success.
