LADIESFUND® was established in 2007 as an initiative to provide financial security to women and to promote and train women entrepreneurs. Through the platform of Dawood Global Foundation, a tax-exempt Pakistan-based not-for-profit charity registered December 1, 2010, it aims to integrate the entrepreneurial needs based on the economic and social aspects of the local communities, with respect to greater women participation in the workforce.
LADIESFUND® has grown tremendously and has become the leading resource in Pakistan and internationally with regard to Pakistani women professionals and entrepreneurs.
We also host the LADIESFUND® Women Entrepreneurship Awards, LADIESFUND® Entrepreneurship Conferences, LADIESFUND® Women of Influence networking lunches and gift LADIESFUND® Scholarships and LADIESFUND® Fellowships.
Dawood Global Foundation is audited by Ernst Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder and funds raised from LADIESFUND® events are tax exempt and go toward LADIESFUND® Fellowships & Scholarships as well as women development initiatives.
