Ladyfest Budapest

Following the traditions of the Ladyfest movement - first held in 2000 in the US, now a global series of events -, this is a festival focusing on women making music and art , featuring female artists and bands, or bands with female musicians. Besides introducing these bands and artists, the goal is to build a community, to inspire, to help create spaces of sisterhood. In addition to live shows, the festival features works of art, talks, roundtable discussions and workshops.
