Lisa Asbell Enterprises was founded by Lisa Asbell who is now teaching overweight women all over the world how to lose the weight and be well. Lisa struggled with being 100+ pounds overweight for almost 35 years. After being sick of battling with the scale, in September 2019 she decided to change her life around and since then has lost over 120 pounds. Lisa's philosophy to weight loss involves putting yourself first, rewiring your brain, acquiring new healthy habits, and having the support from a community that is going through the same journey as you. Lisa has known her entire life that her purpose is to help others and now, with the help of her business partner Andy Montoya, she knows it's teaching other women how to lose the weight so they can live healthier, happier lives.
