Lahav Fund, Limited partnership, is an Israeli mezzanine fund established in early 2013.
On September 2015, Lahav raised its second fund – Lahav Fund Two, Limited Partnership.
The Lahav funds raised NIS 350 million in total, and are operating as an entity that provides long-term non-bank credit through mezzanine financing, to Israeli middle-market companies in the industrial, commercial and service sectors.
Both Funds were established and are managed by Giora Offer (former President and CEO of Israel Discount Bank) and Yael Git (VP finance at Beresheit Fund and Senior Executive at Poalim Bank).
