Lake Effect Distillery

Lake Effect Distillery is located in Port Colborne, Ontario just a few yards from the waterfront of beautiful Lake Erie. We craft small batch, unique spirits from grain to glass. Our focus is on Whisky production using the best local ingredients to give you a product that's truly special. We want each batch of whisky to be crafted with care from start-to finish. We do this by using double pot distillation techniques that give you maximum flavor for your drink! And because it takes time before these spirits can adequately mature on their own (3 years to call it a Canadian Whisky), we've got plenty planned to keep busy: creating new flavours by mixing different botanical infusions into incredible gins and vodkas.
