Lakeside Consulting Group

Lakeside Consulting Group (LCG) members will: 1. Engage with local, statewide and national organizations to provide consultation for solving their operational or strategic problems. 2. Gain real-world consulting experience while working in teams with highly-qualified student consultants on projects with different companies each semester. 3. Receive various forms of training to help them complete their engagement (e.g., an introduction to data analytics). Furthermore, this high-stake, real consulting engagement that has potential to transform their client’s organization and will culminate with a final presentation of an implementation plan for the clients 4. Develop strong resumes, and the organization will provide mentorship for underclassmen beginning their job search. A focus of LCG is establishing strong relationships with top consulting firms to provide direct recruitment channels for its members.
