RIVIERA@Lake Travis is a master-planned community in Lago Vista, Austin, Texas. Texas Sparks Constructions took over as the new owners of RIVIERA and are working towards systematically developing the community. Texas Sparks Constructions’ founder, Mr Ravi Polishetty’s background in technology combined with comprehensive expertise in real estate has helped him to re-visualize RIVIERA with a new perspective and transform it into a lively and vibrant community. With a vision to complement the scenic landscape that envelops RIVIERA, Sparks Constructions aims to bring world-class amenities and facilities to the community. Sprawling across 287 acres in North Austin, the RIVIERA master-planned community lies on hilltops on the banks of lake Travis. The community is zoned and platted for Residential and Commercial purposes. The community will offer 256 Single-family Hilltop/Lakeview homes, 17 Waterfront/hilltop/lakefront estate lots and 3 commercial lots. Fully equipped with advanced technology, a plan of action and resources, Texas Sparks Constructions is on the path to completing the development of the community within the next 4-5 years. In the first phase of development, 35 single-family lots are already developed and are ready for sale to home builders and home buyers. Development of 106 lots and the leasing/sales center is also in progress. Common utility infrastructure works with water, sewer, electricity, and fiber optic communication for the entire area have been installed. Phase 1 will be completed by August 2023.
