Lakou is a community cafe located in Brooklyn's historic Weeksville neighborhood. The lakou, meaning "courtyard" in Haitian Creole, is where the community gathers and where the people heal. Lakou aims to be a space that nourishes the community through Caribbean-inspired smoothies, juices, salads, crepes, and kava, as well as through conversation and fellowship. Coming Spring 2018
