Lall Property Group acquires land and property for development where significant value can be added. Our developments are designed to bring high quality properties to the market, which innovatively utilise space and create community to best serve tenants and maximise value. Established in 2011, LPG entered the property industry initially generating buy-to-let investment in private rented sector (PRS) residential projects, recognising the weight of Kent with its burgeoning towns now linked to London by High Speed 1. Today the Group invests in more complex PRS projects under a registered trade marked brand, Living Works, resulting in higher yields for stakeholders and investors. In addition to a successful PRS portfolio, LPG undertakes out of ground builds and residential and commercial projects. In Q1 of 2017 the Group completed its acquisition of Porters Chartered Surveyors, who provide consultancy to real estate owners and occupiers across Kent, London and the South East of England offering valuation, sales and lettings, lease advisory, rating and third party services. The Group owes its success to an intimate knowledge of the property market and a thorough understanding of economics.
