A family-owned and operated business serving the hydraulic industry since 1982, Lamb Machine is located in Cumberland Industrial Park on John Nash Boulevard Bluefield WV, two miles off exit 1 Interstate 77. Our 65,000 sq. ft. facility currently has twenty-six employees with over 100 years of combined hydraulic experience. Expansion of both shop facilities and personnel are constantly being evaluated and planned accordingly, as our satisfied customer base continues to grow. Lamb Machine is large enough to handle your hydraulic cylinder needs, yet small enough to care. Giving our customers the personal attention they deserve! We at Lamb Machine can satisfy the customer’s three basic concerns of quality, delivery, and pricing in the following ways.
Experience – over 100 years – we have the know-how!
Materials – specified to meet or exceed OEM cylinder requirements, quality tracking systems from the mills and distributors.
Testing – All cylinders are static tested for leaks and by-pass at required operating pressure. All units containing valves or load locks are subjected to external induced loading, simulating actual load conditions, to ensure load locks are functioning correctly.
Quality Control – All rebuilds, manufacturing procedures, assembly methods, and testing functions are performed in strict compliance with our company adopted “Standards Manual”.
Documentation – All jobs, new or rebuild, are given serial numbers. The corresponding paperwork for each job indicates what work was performed to each unit. Each unit is stamped with this serial number. With each unit having a unique number, we are able to provide historical documentation for every unit.
