Lamphere Construction, Inc. (LCI Homes)

At Lamphere Construction Incorporated, our goal is to build a superior quality, custom home at an affordable price. We realize that we are not the largest home builder in the area, so we aim to be the best. By being a small, family-owned and operated business, we offer a personal and customer focused approach to each home we build. At LCI we understand that we are not just building houses, we are creating the most important asset a family will ever own - their home. Lamphere Construction is owned and operated by John and Rhonda Lamphere. As former owners of Lamphere Plumbing & Heating Inc., John and Rhonda offer many years of experience in the home building industry. Together they built their first home in 1971. Since then, the two have participated in the construction of over 600 new homes in the southern New Hampshire area.
